The nurses were fantastic. The doctor system did not relay my appointment, however the receptionist was able to verify and fix.

One small recommendation. School age children were extremely loud. Parents did nothing to quiet them. The lobby was full and we were ALL irrated, and not feeling well.

Establish patient expectations to be respectful of others. Manage their children. Thank you so much.

My experience at Piedmont Fayette Emergency was not great. The personnel, nurses, and doctors were kind; however, the wait time was exceptionally long! I waited because I really needed to be seen. There were people who appeared to really need assistance the moment they arrived, and at the pace that this emergency room was calling patients, those who needed a lot of help were not able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time.

I was given the very same diagnosis (low heart rate (.44…which I was told anything lower than 100 was very abnormal). This was detected in an EKG I was given. I was told I needed to go to ER at the hospital. They offered to call an ambulance, which I declined. My wife drove me to the hospital. I arrived at the Emergency Room@ 1:00PM and released after a battery of tests @11:00 PM that night. I was told my EKG showed no abnormal heartbeat.
It was clear to me, one Urgent Care was not going to go against the diagnosis ANOTHER Urgent Care facility had given just the day before. I’m sure this has to do with a liability issue. I spent 10 hours in the ER Hospital, subjected to a battery of tests, to be told they did not find any abnormalities. I came directly to the ER HOSPITAL, so I don’t know how this happened, UNLESS the EKG wasn’t properly done, AS WELL AS THE SECOND EKG. I explained that to the doctor at Newnan’s Urgent Care facility. No other steps were taken to recheck the EKG!

Front desk associates were unfriendly and immature - no greeting, no smiles, no sorry for the wait (took an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment). While exiting I said goodbye to them they just chuckled. Assistant who helped with vital signs was nice and helpful. Doctor didn’t knock when entering the room. She was rude and judgmental about my medical choices.
