I had appointment. Office refused to accept me even I came 17 min before my appointment was supposed to start. My child had severe fever U was afraid it was flue and needed this appointment so much

The building and check in was easy and clean, the receptionist was kind. The nurse I was with first was very kind and listened. The second nurse that came to give me my results could use some more experience reading the chart and giving feedback. Came in super smily and laughing to the results I was not hoping to hear and then I had to argue to get what I originally asked for to be tested with. When asked what else it could be was just told to see my primary doctor and then while being given a physical exam gave me stories of hope. Major shift from the beginning. I would go back to this urgent care but request different nurses
