Very new, clean, and modern waiting area with helpful and friendly staff. The admittance nurse handled everything smoothly. Dr. Barnas was very thorough in his questions trying to pinpoint my condition. He offered several possible solutions that we immediately followed up on. They have an in-house lab so I was able to have my blood drawn right then without needing to make an appointment at a third party lab. I would definitely recommend this practice and doctor.

The office opened at 7:00am and my appointment was at 7:00am. I tried calling and was told they don’t open till 7:00am. I walked in at 7:02 and they said I was late and should have been there 15 minutes early. I asked how am I supposed to be there 15 minutes early if my appointment was right when they open. She mentioned that their first appointment was technically at 6:45am. I was never made aware of this nor was this communicated to me. They denied seeing me and told me I would need to reschedule. I have been experiencing serious medical issues and I needed to see a doctor but being 2 minutes late to an appointment at the time they open causes them to just send you on your way. This gave me the impression that the doctor isn’t concerned with helping people out even if life gets in the way but more concerned with keeping a tight schedule to maximize as much profits as possible. Will never return and will look elsewhere for a primary care that communicates how this process works.

Great team. In and out. They ask a lot of sex questions that shouldn’t be asked at the front desk. It was kind of impertinent. Could a use a bit more discretion, but I would go back to this office.

My health has been poor lately with no known cause. I came prepared with previous medical records to get another opinion and requested a referral to a specialist. The doctor was dismissive of my symptoms and did not listen to me. I felt ignored, and I'm unhappy with this doctor. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get a good doctor who listens and cares for their patients. They seem only interested in billing my insurance.
