Mental health conditions treated include depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, and personality disorders. Other athlete-specific issues that we address include performance anxiety, overtraining syndrome, coping with acute injury recovery, and transition to retirement. Dr. Mehta completed his medical degree at UCLA and subsequently completed his training at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute. He is currently on faculty at the University of Southern California as the Sports Psychiatrist for USC Athletics. He is concurrently an Assistant Professor at UCLA.
