I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 13 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. I work with individuals facing stress, burnout, life transitions, and emotional challenges, providing compassionate, nonjudgmental care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. MEDICATION PRESCRIBING: Thriveworks providers do not prescribe opioid use disorder medications, weight-loss medications, injectable psychiatric medications, long-term benzodiazepines, or sleep medications, though these may be prescribed short-term for existing clients when clinically appropriate. New Jersey law requires an in-person session for the initial prescription of controlled substances and at least one in-person session every three months to continue receiving them.
