Really disappointed by my visit at Schweiger—it took over 45 minutes to be seated and for NP Priscilla to see me even though I made an appointment. I requested a specific medication that had worked for me in the past—she sent my prescription to a pharmacy, then cancelled it and edited it to a new medication that I told her during the visit did not work for me + she had on file that I have already tried. She did not notify me about these changes, and it has been over a month and I still have not received my medication. This happened twice with multiple phone calls before I finally went into office again to request the medication—I’m disappointed by the lack of communication and it is impossible to get in contact with the providers here directly.

Scheduling is prompt and convenient. Priscilla is very competent, caring, kind and thorough. I highly recommend her and the Grassy Sprain staff.
