Absolutely incredible appointment. I came in with so much pain and left feeling so much better. He answered my thousand questions and explained everything in detail. I have been in pain for so long with no answers and fearing the worse ( like hip implants etc) and he was really able to evade all my fears and give me hope. Also very kind and personable! I am coming again and also referring friends.

I finally have a practice that cares about me! I am so grateful I found this place, because it's better than any Physical Therapy I've been to in Park Slope. It is pleasant from the moment you enter, and are greeted with a friendly face at the front desk, to the warm welcome of the team that will guide you through your personal healing journey. They closely monitor & adjust you as you do your work. Naturally, the harder you try, the more benefit you will receive, and with a cracked spine, herniated discs & sciatica, I was in terrible pain when I arrived. Couldn't move. Now, I walk through Prospect Park to warm up, and after exercises; there is massage! Thank you Sherri & all of the therapists whose smile I remember; but names I forget. (And when you're done with PT, Ali's Roti is right across the street! The final reward.)

I've had a great experience with PT of the City on Flatbush Ave. The doctors and therapists are kind and patient and explain everything well. The place s clean and well-run too. Physical therapy isn't always fun but they make it clear why it's worthwhile and they certainly helped me reduce the pain of my injury very quickly. Highly recommended!

Staff is nice but facility is very bare.. the exercise area doesnt have full mirrors to see if you're doing movements correctly. Also the physical therapists give poor instructions and are too distracted with their iPads or jumping from patient to patient, so they don't check to see if you're doing exercises correctly. I injured my leg further by doing the exercises wrong bc I wasn't being monitored. So frustrated.

Dr. Abdelsalem was able to identify my runner’s knee issue right away. He listened to my history of issues and came up with a plan that helped me immediately. His bedside manner made me confortable and his staff is knowledgeable and equally nice to work with.

Working with Dr. Yasser and his team has been a great experience. My consultation appointment went smoothly. I felt heard and understood (something that's really important to me), and Dr. Yasser explained many things to me that helped clarity things I'd been confused about. The physical therapists are all really friendly, helpful, and skilled. I love that as a part of my treatment, I get a manual massage and electro-stimulation at every appointment (not every facility does this!) Dr. Yasser checks in on my healing status every so often, tailoring my workout schedule accordingly. I highly recommend this team and clinic! (Also, their music selection is on point every time, just saying. Makes a difference to me!)
