Awesome team. Engaging, professional, pleasure to work with. I have more therapies to be done and I do not want to go any where else. Since Rammy started working on my case I have gotten better and able to walk down stairs. Rammy can explain things better than my doctor can. I trust him and PT of the city staff more than the office that sent me here.

It's spacious, clean all the people who work here are great, friendly and really care about the progress of the patient. Ramy helped me regain strength in my knee and ankle thus allowing me to walk in 3 weeks time. He's knowledgeable, friendly and patients. It's a great practice for Physical Therapy. Worth the drive.

Zocdoc itself is not great at the insurance thing. I had booked another appointment and was told my insurance was not accepted. I rebooked through Zocdoc not realizing it was the same PT group but a different location - well far off a train stop. I went and the wait was due to the very kind and understanding office staff trying to resolve the copay. We couldn’t but I still went as my shoulder has been bothering me for 6 plus months to the point where I was crying in pain during treatment. Well, last night was the first time I’d slept all through the night without nerve blockers. As I’m usually off earlier, I may rebook, despite the total of a 2 mile walk. That’s how much relief I have, and I’d tried acupuncture, chiropractic care, and massage.

I am very pleased with the service I received from my physiotherapist, James. During the evaluation, he took the time to listen to me and then explained to me what is happening with me and the reason for my pain. For example, he analyzed the MRI of my cervical spine and showed me images of how it currently looks and how that condition affects my nerves. Then we moved on to the therapy part, where I was given hot patches and also received a massage, and we ended with some exercises. I highly recommend his services.
