Ron is a great physiotherapist--he's super friendly and invested in your progress. I went to PT of the City for post-ACL op related issues in hopes of being able to get back to running. He incorporated more balance and plyometric-focused exercises which was a helpful shift from my previous PT which focused solely on strengthening through weights. My PT sessions always felt very reassuring and encouraging, would recommend.

Ron is great! I have been going to him for a few weeks and am very pleased with the results. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with my specific back issue. I intend to continue my preventive therapy with him. Not only does he treat my ailment but we also discuss small daily life changes that can contribute to living pain free. The facility is new and well maintained and the office manager was pleasant.

Excellent. I've been very pleased with my therapy here. The staff are friendly & helpful & Dr. Cutab's course of therapy has been invaluable in my recovery in my nerve problem in my arm/hand. Dr. Cutab's bedside manner is personable & he has spent time helping me understand my problem, planning & course w/ therapy that has involved as my condition has improved and, perhaps most importantly, has really helped me stay motivated to do the exercises I needed to do to recover. My problem has improved tremendously from the past 7 weeks, to the point where I am almost back to full use of my arm & hand I credit Dr. Cutab's therapy in this process. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cutab & the Greenpoint facility to friends & relatives wo needed PT.

I've had an excellent experience with Dr. Cutab and the Greenpoint branch of PT of the City in general. The office is spacious and well-equipped, with very friendly and helpful staff. I've seen Dr. Cutab for multiple visits (not all booked through zocdoc) and his therapy and advice have been essential in helping me recover from a serious nerve injury to my arm/hand. I selected this particular practice for PT only because it's close to my home and they accept my insurance - I'm so grateful I landed here. I walked into the office a couple of days after my injury occurred and was pleased to find that Dr. Cutab could see me very soon. Dr. Cutab's explanation of my condition and suggestions for things I could do at home to speed my recovery have been extremely informative and helpful. I've found his "bedside" manner to be calm, patient and positive without being overbearing. His course of therapy has evolved as my condition has improved and has been a huge factor in my recovery.

The staff is so awesome. Ron is amazing. He is kind, patient and attentive. He cares about his patients and always makes sure you are doing well. I am not sure what the other reviewer meant bc I did not get that experience or vibe from him at all. He is just kind and funny. Also the massage chair is a perk if you want to sit in it and get comfortable while they set up or if you are a bit early it's just a nice thing they have for clients. I'm sure they just wanted the person to have an enjoyable time, not that it was actually part of the therapy plan. If it was in anyway he would tell you what to do. Everytime he adds something new for me to do he shows me how to place my hand and what is best for me. I am very happy with my experience with Ron.

Made me feel uncomfortable with a weird joke then asked a bunch of questions and mumbled responses. Tbh, I was very nervous he would cross a boundary, but thankfully he didn’t. Didn’t seem to know what he was doing. They leave you in a massage chair with no instructions at the beginning and end of session—so you just sit there super awkwardly. The entire experience was awkward & uncomfortable. The beginning portion was not what I expected & caused physical discomfort. The exercises towards the end were fine. The front desk was nice. Would not go again!
