They changed the entire staff from front desk to doctor which cost to my visit being deny. They reason need to looked at my records first and contacted the central office which was unopened yet at the time of my appointment. So unprofessional.

They told me AFTER I showed up to the appointment that I needed a referral and I had to play phone tag for a week trying to get the call set up, when they could have simply reached out before and let me know I needed to get a referral.
The provider was OK but had very simple treatments for my back pain due to scoliosis (I am an active person and do yoga frequently, but she had me doing 4 simple exercises I already do that aren’t helping). She passed me off to her aide to do the exercises, who didn’t even watch or provide any feedback on my form. Lazy, sloppy, and would not recommend.

Just ensure you arrive early so the doctor can see you on time. The clinic has a smaller space with only one doctor, depending on the day. If you’re not a patient person or have other commitments on the day of your appointment, I suggest confirming your schedule well in advance. They do their best to accommodate everyone, even with their small staff! Definitely recommend!

I am very pleased with the service I received from my physiotherapist, James. During the evaluation, he took the time to listen to me and then explained to me what is happening with me and the reason for my pain. For example, he analyzed the MRI of my cervical spine and showed me images of how it currently looks and how that condition affects my nerves. Then we moved on to the therapy part, where I was given hot patches and also received a massage, and we ended with some exercises. I highly recommend his services.

I had shin splints that hurt sporadically for months and my podiatrist recommended physical therapy. Roxanne and her colleagues practically eliminated my pain, and I couldn't be more grateful. She is professional, knowledgable, and every good word in the book. I felt very well-informed about my condition enough to feel I could try to continue on my own after a month. Her bedside manner is unmatched, and I felt very at ease in every appointment. I feel confident my issue won't be coming back. If it ever does or anything else arises, Roxanne would be the first professional I go to. Highly recommended.
