Honestly, this office was clean and the workers were nice but they’re not attentive at all. It was my first time there and they showed me the workout I needed to do and saw me do it once and left as in the first rep. They just left me there to do the rest on my own, waiting for the next workout with a long pause where the workers where just sitting there talking to each other.
I would not recommend nor will I be going back.

My PT was not on time. I had the first appointment in the morning because I needed to get to work and they were not at work yet themselves. I waited for 35 minutes and then had to reschedule because the office was not able to provide me with an accurate ETA for when the PT was goin g to show up.

Provider had a respiratory virus and announced that he was very sick (fever, chills and cough), but was unmasked. He was asked to wear a mask and indicated he would not because it would be hard for patients to hear him and he would need to repeat and that would take energy.
He sat a few feet away from patients coughing uncovered or into his hand.

This is a great facility, friendly staff, and very knowledgable! During our visit, Dr. Omar knew exactly what I needed - we then began working together, on a program to strengthen areas that were weak, and to move forward. Ambience of the office is really nice, staff is friendly, and the doctor is very nice. Would highly recommend and looking forward to my follow-up visit!

Very knowledgeable about a condition that not many doctors are familiar with to this very day, CRPS. He gently set me into exercises and massaged my previously broken hand and then put heat on it to loosen it up. Seemed like everything was with purpose and care and concern for my well-being in general. Great practice. Great Experience, Highly recommend it.

Omar is very attentive to my every ache when I visit. He has helped my neck issue to the point that I forget that there was a problem. The exercises are very helpful and Omar is very knowledgeable of what I need. Would recommend visiting PT of the City for professional help. Kim the receptionist is a breath of fresh air! So friendly and caring of the customers.

Dr. Omar and the staff are so wonderful and welcoming. I have a foot injury and my doctor had said it could take up to 6 months to heal, but after just a month with PT I'm doing much better!
