Not only was my appointment changed last minute, but once I arrived I was unable to be seen. They still made me take the time to fill out all the paperwork, just for them to tell me their system has been down for the last few days so they could not confirm my insurance. Why they could not inform me before or let me know when I first arrived is beyond me. But one thing for sure is I’ll never book another appointment at this place again.
