About Dr. Pyone Maung
I have been a physician for more than 20 years, with medical training in Burma, the United Kingdom, and the USA. I earned my Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Medicine Mandalay. I completed my residency in Internal Medicine at Long Island College Hospital.
I am a board-certified internist and a teaching physician at The Long Island College Hospital Internal Medicine Program. I have a special interest and experience in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, HIV, and Tropical Medicine.
My goal is to provide the best, professional, and caring treatment to all of my patients.
