She took the time to listen and make me feel comfortable with the procedure. So far I am having really great results. My wife was able to sit in on the session and experience the process. Dr. Qiaosha He (also known as Dr. Sylvia) holds a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine degree from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. She earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM). Additionally, Dr. He received her Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, the top university in China. She is a board-certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
With over 12 years of experience, Dr. He has trained under several prominent Chinese Medicine doctors in both China and the United States. She is the executive director of the World Federation of Modern Tongue Diagnosis and a member of the Anti-Aging Committee of the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion.
Coming from a family of doctors practicing both Western and Chinese medicine, Dr. He was deeply influenced not only by their healing skills but also by their genuine personalities. She is the real deal - her understanding of acupuncture was "from another world" or I should say another side of the world. I hate needles and she was the most pain free of any treatment I have ever had. I dragged myself in here but now will come back willfully because she did the full treatment but with minimum discomfort. She checked with me all the time and gave me a buzzer when I was resting for immediate attention if needed. Highly recommend.

The doctor was experienced and spending much time understanding my back pain and her treatment plan and method. I felt better after my first treatment of my back pain (stenosis at L2,3,4,5). The office is very clean and aesthetic like a spa. I will have my next treatment in 3 days.

Amazing doctor! Life changing experience. Loved the her and her team. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on X-rays, MRI’s, PT, Massages over the course of 18 months. This ONE appointment made a bigger difference than all other of my other appointments combined. Cannot recommend enough of in pain. I feel like a different person already and plan on going back again in two days!

This is the second time I have seen Sylvia and I will be coming back. Over the years, I have had a modest amount of experience with acupuncturists and she is truly the best I have seen. Very attentive to my interests and very informative about what she is going to do and why. She took plenty of time with me. And I could tell how she placed the needles and manipulated my skin before and during the session how skillful and experienced she is. Candidly, I think her fees are reasonable, all things considered. Friendly office staff too, who were expecting me and greeted me warmly.
