Qingyun Xu, LAc

Acupuncturist
325 E Sonterra Blvd, Ste 110, San Antonio, TX
I am a Texas-licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist with more than 20 years of medical experience in Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). My mission is to help individuals improve their health, restore balance, and enhance their quality of life through compassionate, personalized, and holistic care. I earned my Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Texas Health and Science University in 2019 and am certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Before moving to the United States, I graduated from China Medical University and practiced as a gastroenterologist for more than ten years. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in medical science and clinical care, inspiring me to integrate conventional medical knowledge with traditional healing principles. For the past seven years, I have provided acupuncture and herbal therapy to patients in San Antonio, including civilians and retired veterans. My clinical experience includes supporting patients with neck and back pain, arthritis, digestive disorders, women's health concerns, weight management, diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic conditions. I also provide pediatric Tui Na massage to support children with concerns such as allergies, eczema, and digestive discomfort. I also incorporate TCM principles into my daily life through seasonal nutrition, Qigong, and Tai Chi. These practices reinforce my belief that lasting health depends on balance among the body, mind, lifestyle, and environment.
