What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is centered on listening carefully to your story, respecting your unique experiences, and working together to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I believe in open, honest communication and make it a priority that every patient feels heard, supported, and understood. I combine evidence-based medicine with innovative therapies, including TMS, and always take the time to explain treatment options so you can make informed decisions about your care. I welcome patients from all backgrounds, including adolescents, military service members, veterans, and their families. You can expect a compassionate, collaborative environment where we set goals together and adjust the plan as your needs evolve. My goal is to help you regain control, find hope, and build lasting wellness—no matter where you are on your mental health journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your first visit, I spend 45 minutes to an hour meeting with you one-on-one. I take time to listen carefully, ask about your history, current challenges, and goals, and answer any questions you may have. This conversation helps me gain a full understanding of your situation so we can work together to identify the most effective, personalized course of treatment. After a thorough evaluation, I discuss my recommendations with you, which may include medication, talk therapy, TMS, or other options tailored to your needs. I believe in transparency, so I explain the reasons behind each recommendation and ensure you are comfortable with the plan moving forward. Follow-up sessions focus on ongoing support, progress review, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to help you achieve your best possible outcome. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and always centered on your unique needs.

Ongoing session: $150-200 for 60 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
