I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, seasonal depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, sleep problems, and other mental health concerns.
I want my patients to feel comfortable talking to me and never feel judged or rushed. I take the time to understand what you're experiencing, how it's affecting your everyday life, and what you hope to get out of treatment. When I'm working with children and teens, I also involve parents and families when appropriate so everyone feels supported and understands the plan.
There's no one treatment that works for everyone. We'll talk about your options, what you're comfortable with, and what makes the most sense for you. If medication is part of the plan, I'll explain why I'm recommending it, what to expect, and make changes when needed.
Whether you're struggling with focus, anxiety, mood changes, sleep, or simply haven't been feeling like yourself lately, you don't have to have everything figured out before making an appointment. We can start with what's been bothering you and go from there.
My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling heard, understood, and clear about what comes next.
