I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 16 years of experience in general and mental health. I hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University. I diagnose and treat mental disorders with a sense of comfort and trust. What is your typical process for working with clients?
My diagnostic and treatment process entails listening, understanding, and respecting people’s individual differences and needs which is paramount to recovery. I utilize the holistic approach and biopsychosocial model in the assessment and treatment as I engage my patients with empathetic listening. I select the best evidence-based treatment options and modify treatment plans for personalized care. I always have my patients back thereby enabling them to face their most difficult challenges.
