I graduated in 2019 from Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition. I completed my dietetic internship through Kansas State University as well. I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, or CDCES. I am from Kansas but currently live in Dallas, Tx. I am married and have many fur babies, including 3 rats, 2 cats, and a hedgehog! I personally struggled with body image and an eating disorder from a young age. I understand the complexities of culture, health, and food. I strive to help others have a positive relationship with food, reduce harmful, destructive behaviors, and foster a nutritious diet.
