What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I offer medication management, but believe medication should be an informed choice. I can also support patients navigating psychiatric medication decisions during pregnancy and breastfeeding. I use motivational interviewing to support autonomy and meaningful change, and draw on the CRAFT framework when working with families of loved ones with substance use disorders.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We start with a comprehensive evaluation of your history, goals, and prior treatment. From there, we build a personalized plan — which may include medication, psychoeducation, lifestyle changes, and coordination with your support network.
