About Dr. Rachel Owusu-lewis

Rachel Owusu-Lewis, DO attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwannee, GA, graduating with her medical degree in 2019. Post-medical school, she completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Detroit Medical Center- Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI in 2023. Dr. Lewis was inspired to become a physician because she enjoyed the mystery behind chemistry and found that medicine was the best way she could connect her love for the field of science with human interaction. She strives to help her patients live their best lives and see her patients improving their quality of life every visit. She strives to connect on a deeper level with her patients from all different backgrounds and cultures. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and relaxing by watching TV.
