Booking an appointment was easy. Preparing for the appointment was also easy. Instructions were clear on how to upload photos. I was seen on time and picked up prescriptions within an hour of my apppontment. Highly recommend this service as opposed to heading to a doctor's office and waiting woth a bunch of other sick people to be seen. Will be using this service from now on, no question.

The provider billed my insurance and visit was fully covered leaving me not responsible for a copay or deductible. I called the provider to inform them I have not received my care plan or prescription. I was told I could not receive my prescription until I paid my copay. When I informed the company no copay was required based on my insurance I was told they would look into and contact me the next business day. Three business days later no follow or contact and the company is trying to charge me for my visit. I tried calling back and could not get in contact with anyone.

Rachel was 5 minutes late to my 15 minute appointment. It made the appointment feel rushed and I’m very unsure of how I will get my prescription. Also, I wasn’t a fan of how Rachel advertised topical products to me when I shared that I have a history of topical products not working for me- which is why I’m at a dermatologist in the first place.
