What is your typical process for working with clients?

Dr. Spector does psychiatric evaluations, consultations, psychopharmacological (medication) management, and psychotherapy. Her areas of expertise include mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and adjustment disorders. After an initial evaluation she will generate in collaboration with you a comprehensive plan tailored for you that can include medication, therapy or both. You will have the option of in-person or telemedicine sessions.
