I actually set up an appointment by accident to see Dr. Ivanov. I was going in for a rash that I had, but she specialized in lung treatment. The secretary at her office did not tell me this until I showed up for the appointment. Even though she confirmed and seen my email that I sent to her regarding my reason for setting up the appointment and the problem that I had. Plus on Dr. Ivanov's profile it stated that she was a general doctor as well as specializing in Lung treatment.
But anyways, that was my only issue with my visit was the mistake made by the receptionist that did not tell me this before I came into the office. Also, the nurse that seen me before Dr. Ivanov did was unprofessional as well. The nurse checked my blood pressure, told me the result. Told me it was a bit high with some laughter. Just thought that was a bit inappropriate. Did not check my weight or anything else, just asked me a couple of questions like he was in a hurry.
Ok back to Dr. Ivanov: She was very nice and took at look at me anyways, she wrote me a perscription for antibiotics for my rash, because it was painful and I needed to see someone desperately! She also reccomended me to another doctor as well. She handled the situation very professionally! I would definately set up an appoitment to see her regarding my lungs if needed too.
