“Amazing doctor who actually listens and doesn't try to be dismissive or explain away your symptoms/concerns. The breadth of her knowledge was impressive. I have a rare disorder that she was well-versed in despite most doctors knowing nothing about it. Unfortunately, she's not still at Manhattan Speciality Care. I would love to know where she's now practicing as I did not like the other internist they paired me with at Manhattan Specialty Care. ”

“This was hands down the best doctors appointment I’ve ever had. I‘ve had a bunch of negative experiences at the doctors (around my weight) previously and have shied away from going for years.
I was seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time. I was nervous, but from the start Dr. Norov was incredibly friendly and approachable.
She is the first doctor ever to both provide a safe enough environment for me to share and to make me feel truly listened to. She asked comprehensive questions and delivered a thorough and holistic assessment.
I’m so happy to have finally found my GP. ”
