Yes, I would definitely recommend him.
The one drawback is that reaching their receptionist by phone to make an appointment is most difficult. The problem is blamed on difficulties with their telephone system, but I have experienced similar problems making appointments with this group, off and on, for years.
However, I want to repeat that Dr. Raul Gandhi is really worth the grief one has to experience in order to make an appointment with him.

A graduate of the Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Rahul Gandhi is an accomplished internist and primary care doctor working for the people of Bethesda, MD. He provides his services at MedStar Medical Group. Prior to earning his medical degree, Dr. Gandhi received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University Hospital.

Punctual, forward demeanor. Good. Will listen to your explanations, but will give you brute responses on target with medical community and what your insurance can support. If you ask the right questions you will get the responses necessary for you to do more research and seek what you need. Don't expect for your hand to be held or for them to act on your behalf unless your complaint sounds believable enough for them to take you seriously. His words were I was "medically boring", which can imply that if a healthy looking person did have underlying medical issues it wouldn't have been discovered today nor under his care because I personally do not appear or sound in immediate or torturous pain, pretty standard, right? Especially being that medical drama is more interesting, vs "I the boring" patient even if my health is not as optimal as it once have been. This office is for your medical support, but not an individual advocate to help you take full advantage of your medical insurance unless you paid hommage to your research and impress him with what you understand as policy. Maybe try family practice or doctors with whom you share medical belief systems, especially if not traditional.

I saw Dr. Gandhi for an illness not an annual physical. I thought it was a cold but it turned out to be a sinus infection. He described the antibiotics he was going to prescribe and provided detailed instructions for taking care of the sinus infection.

Very disappointed..my first appointment wasn't that great .but I was oh well the dr probably got somehow overwhelmed cause I have lots of chief complaints. I can tell he seen irritated. By the way he talks really loud to me he can get an attitude really quickly. My 2nd time seen him was more them enough for not returning
