My focus is on Therapy, management, with a holistic approach, aiming to reduce unnecessary medications while optimizing treatment. I’m most comfortable treating anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders, ensuring patients receive personalized, evidence-based care.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and valued. My communication style is collaborative and compassionate, balancing professionalism with a conversational, down-to-earth approach. I encourage open dialogue, helping patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns while ensuring they’re actively involved in their treatment plan.
