Dr. Chugh was very nice and listened to my issues. He seemed kind of quiet and was very gentle in his manner. I was seen 15-20 minutes after I finished paper work. It’s a very small office in a strip ofbuildings (5 or 6th down) which was the only confusing thing about the visit. Dr. Chugh explained everything in a simple easy to understand way. The staff even help to find a follow up appointment in a month with my busy schedule.

Here's the positives. The nurse I had who prepped me for the doctor and reviewed all my medical information was AMAZING. Super nice reassuring and organized. Also the fact that Zoc Doc makes it so easy to make appointments. Here's thebad. The wait was Horrible! I got to the office 15 minutes before my appointment. Was given the usual sheet to fill out basic information while they reviewed my insurance. That was fine then I proceeded to wait for an HOUR AND 10 MINS before finally my name was called. I get in nurse reviews information. Then I wait another 25 MINS before he finally sees me. The appointment was just okay. It felt rushed (which I understand because he was waaay behind) and he promised to review the rest of my things at our next appt. So be it. I really just needed a Rx refilled. His availability is very limited on here so I call his office to see if there more appointment slots (there are) and set one up only to cancel me two days later.... so I'm probably looking for someone else

my appt. twice was cancelled and no reason given. I had this doctor in the hospital. I asked for one appt. til I could get a regular doctor, the appt. was confirmed by the office, then I got a call thenext day cancelling with no reason given. If felt as if I had a deadly contagious disease, or did some horrible criminal thing. I am really hurt, and the doctor that two months ago that Dr. "Chugh gave me as referral, on my third appt., fifteen minutes before he was to arrive, his office called me and cancelled. I asked why. I coulldn't get an answer, so this seems to run in his circle. I cried for over an hour. what did I do?? carol m

The Doctor himself accepts your appointment on ZocDoc, he then comes out upon arrival introduces himself and calls in his own patients. He is very thourough and compassionate. If your nervous about finding a doctor like I was, Dr. Chugh willput you at ease and is determined to find the cause of your problem. Mine was a complex thyroid issue and he immediately took the steps needed to determine. Great Doctor, Great Staff, I'm so happy I found him with ZocDoc
