Extremely unprofessional experience. I joined on time for my appointment, completed extensive paperwork prior to the appointment , and waited for 1.5 hours , only for the doctor to never show up. There was no prior notice, no cancellation, and no explanation. I even called the office while waiting to ask what was going on, and no one answered. My time was completely wasted. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend her at all to anyone. Unfortunately, she has done the same thing to several people in the past based on the rest of the reviews

very unorganized had a appointment for 3:30 and was on the zoom call for 20 mins and no one showed up. I called and they told me the dr already left for the day but how is that possible when she had multiple times available today including the time I booked. Without even asking me they just switched me to 8:15pm. How am i suppose to get any prescriptions at that time and i have sever cough that i need meds for. i am very upset and annoyed.

My telehealth appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. I logged in on time and waited until 12:25 PM, but the provider never joined the visit. No appointment took place.
Despite this, I was charged a copay for a visit that did not occur. I contacted the office and was given a different phone number. I have left three voicemails and have not received a response or my refund.
Additionally, this provider is listed on Zocdoc as a dermatologist, but when I spoke with the office, they clarified that the provider is not a dermatologist. This is misleading and influenced my decision to book the appointment.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating due to:
• Provider no-show
• Being charged for a visit that never happened
• Difficulty reaching the office
• Incorrect provider specialty listing
I am still waiting for my refund and proper resolution.
