Our work begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. I take time to understand your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, stressors, support system, and personal goals. Because mental and physical health are closely connected, I consider the whole person — not just a diagnosis. After the assessment, we develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include psychotherapy, coping strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and when appropriate, medication management. If medication is considered, we review benefits, risks, and potential side effects carefully so you can make informed decisions. Throughout treatment, we monitor progress, adjust the plan as needed, and focus on building long-term stability, resilience, and a healthier outlook — not just short-term symptom relief.
