Dr. Rangaraj is a board-certified Physiatrist and Interventional Pain Management Physician. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Stanley Medical College, completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at William Beaumont Hospital, and completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Georgia Pain Physicians. She is certified by both the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine. Dr. Rangaraj is also a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has been in practice since 2011.
She has extensive experience in treating degenerative conditions of the spine, multiple arthritic conditions, cancer pain, and other chronic pain disorders. She specializes in minimally invasive techniques such as joint injections, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, and neuromodulation.
Dr. Rangaraj is married with two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, cooking, and traveling.

Went to this office today and explained my pain and how it's been affecting me (yeah awful really). Dr. Ramya was very intuitive and listened to me carefully. Reviewed my medical history (x-rays, blood work, etc.) and was very quick and concise in assessing me while being thorough. No wait - even though I arrived early, office staff was great, appointment was about 45 minutes, got a next day appointment.
Highly recommend this doctor and practice!

Dr. Rangaraj is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and very compassionate. I was treated at Summit Spine and Pain previously and had the worst experience with them! I am so so happy to have found Dr. Rangaraj and have her as my doctor. Her office is spacious and very clean. Staff is great and friendly. Highly recommend this doctor to anyone who’s looking to switch to a better doctor!!!

My experience with this office was wonderful. I was greeted with a friendly staff. I was taken within minutes from the lobby to the room from which I would be seen from the doctor. It was a quick than usual visit from the doctor upon waiting in my room. My only complaint and a small one is this, the doctor took a lengthy phone call in the middle of my diagnosis. A little aggravating, but an easily fixed problem.

as a legally disabled individual with a medically prescribed service animal, i felt i was not considered even remotely important or valued n had to leave my dog in car. the drs actions may not be illegal but was clearly unethical n unprofessional. n I was not surprised she was interested or willing to help me, considering her comfort was all she seemed to care about . regardless that her actions were a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
