Dr. Rashid was born in Puerto Rico and holds both an MD and a PhD. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University Chicago and completed his PhD there as well. He completed his residency in Dermatology at the combined University of Texas, Houston, and MD Anderson Cancer Center training program.
