Dr. Ratna Charishma Boppana, MD, FACP, DipABLM, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience in hospital medicine, outpatient care, medical education, and lifestyle medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency through the University of Iowa Des Moines Program and has served in multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine, Core Faculty for Internal Medicine Residency, and Hospital Medicine Medical Director. I had an appointment at 1pm and husband has his at 1:30pm... doctor was running late and ended up combining our appointments which is unprofessional as we had booked 2 different slots. Got our blood work done and still chasing the clinic for lab results after more than 10 working days... absolutely unacceptable. Definitely not returning.

The doctor was kind, however she didn’t ask many questions and the wait was unpleasantly long, over a hour. There was also a staff member that was not the friendliest. Additionally, I had to follow up to ask if they would send my prescription to the pharmacy and they did not send it until the next day. I did not enjoy my experience.
