The appointment through ZocDoc did not show up on the provider's calendar. ZocDoc did not work for me

Would never go back. If you are someone who has endometriosis or chronic illnesses that get pushed aside and don’t feel heard especially at a young age, do not come here. The front desk has no idea when zoc doc appointments are especially as new a patient. They will get your files mixed with other patients when the doctor asks about your files during an actual appointment. Definitely a waste of time!

I booked an appointment and am in horrible pain and was told they had no appointment booked for me. When you call their office nobody answers and you leave a message and 3 days later they call back. Also was told r hey di not take my insurance when the zicdoc said they do.
