About Dr. Rayna Katz
Dr. Rayna Katz is a board-certified naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist and brings a wealth of knowledge in various healing traditions, including naturopathic medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and nutrition. Her unwavering focus is on empowering her patients with the essential education and tools they need to live conscious lifestyles, cultivate body awareness, and foster holistic relationships with their health.
Born and raised in Arizona, Dr. Katz received her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition with a didactic emphasis in Dietetics from the University of Arizona. Her training included studying abroad to expand her knowledge specifically in the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle, worked as a recipe developer for published magazines, initiated the development of community farmer’s markets and taught cooking classes for her local community.
Dr. Katz’s personal healing journey, combining the powers of naturopathic medicine and acupuncture, inspired her to pursue comprehensive training in these modalities. She relocated to the Pacific Northwest, where she obtained her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Acupuncture from the esteemed Bastyr University.
Throughout her training, Dr. Katz refined her skills in botanical medicine, counseling, nutrition, homeopathy, physical medicine, and hydrotherapy. Her education of Traditional Chinese Medicine encompasses cupping, Tui Na, Gua Sha, auricular acupuncture, moxibustion, and acupuncture.
Equipped with profound training in Eastern and Western medicine, alongside her innate creativity, Dr. Katz specializes in hormones, fertility, preconception, and family care. She possesses the ability to perceive beyond the physical elements of health and considers all aspects of whole-body wellness, including mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health, when designing creative and personalized treatment plans.

My visit with Dr. Katz was one of the best Naturopathic visits I've ever been to. She was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She was also so personable and I really felt like I was in good hands. I would highly recommend her!

Dr Rayna Katz is the doctor I’ve been looking for!! She’s been an absolutely amazing support and knowledgable resource throughout my pregnancy journey. She works incredibly well with the whole family and I’m so happy I’ve been able to find a doctor I can trust for myself, my spouse, and my kids. I love that she implements natural treatments whenever possible. I can tell she has extensive knowledge around herbs, supplements, homeopathy, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and nutrition/lifestyle interventions. I actually feel like I know so much more about my body and health now than I did before because of her. I highly recommending scheduling an appointment with her!
