This was my first ever experience with a mental health expert, and I don't think it could've gone more perfectly. Dr. Sanchez is wonderful and really made me feel seen and accepted. She got straight to the point, but not once did I feel rushed or unheard. I am absolutely looking forward to working with her in the future.

The Dr. Sanchez took her time with our appointment, I didn’t feel rushed or that she didn’t care, she was very sweet and knowledgeable. She did a full assessment and took into account all of my concerns and didn’t make any major changes to my medications right away and talked me through everything. She was very reassuring and kind and I look forward to seeing her again and I would recommend her.

Dr. Sanchez is an amazing provider, and I wish my town had someone like her. She was very thorough and listened to my concerns. I was extremely nervous before the appointment, but after a few minutes of talking, I felt at ease. I'm so glad that she had virtual appointments. I thought I would never be able to get the help I needed.
