About Rebecca Carey

I have been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian since 2015 and graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Nutrition Science in 2009. My career in nutrition began as an organic farmer on the islands of Oahu and the Big Island. I then spent five years working for the Florida Department of Health, focusing on Public Health and nutrition for women, infants, and children. Since then, I have gained experience in acute care, long-term care, geriatrics, diabetes management, meal planning, weight management, prenatal, postpartum, and breastfeeding nutrition, as well as food allergy prevention. I am passionate about finding what works best for each individual by allowing them to lead their own journey and providing support along the way to navigate the ever-changing world of diet and nutrition while setting achievable goals. I will be your biggest cheerleader, showing empathy alongside lots of encouragement. I am a mother of two young children and a New Hampshire native. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, baking, gardening, home renovation projects, and being outdoors with my children.
