About Dr. Regina Umansky
After graduating with honors from NYU, Dr. Regina Umansky earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003 and started her private practice on the Upper East Side, helping New Yorkers stand up straight ever since.
An active community participant, Dr. Umansky works with small businesses, large firms, and neighborhood groups to spread her message of spinal health, wellness, and the importance of caring for both our bodies and minds. With an emphasis on injury prevention, she shares her expertise through spinal screenings, health talks, and community events. She has provided advice and treatment to members of her home gym, Equinox, and has worked with The Asia Society and The Jewish Museum.
Dr. Umansky is a member of the New York Chiropractic Council, and her patients include families, executives, athletes, and some of the biggest names in entertainment. She lives in Manhattan with her family.

Fantastic service! Adjustments were comfortable & treatment was fully explained prior. Traction table prior to adjustments allows the body to relax. Would recommend!

I loved it and felt so taken care of. My posture has improved since- prior to seeing Dr. Umansky I had no curve in my neck and would get bad head aches and not sleep well. Now, less headeaches and better sleep!
