Absolutely disorganized staff and extremely rude front office! I scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm in person, and when I drove half an hour to get there, since I was willing to make the drive due to the fact that the PA had a high rating on zocdoc, just to get there and have the front office tell me I don’t have an appointment, whisper under their breath stating somehow there were two appointments in there system??? And then proceeding to tell me since I’m “late for my appointment” (I was at the office at 12:50 and my appointment was at 1:00pm) they could not schedule me until a week or so from now! Staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and gave me attitude throughout the entirety of my check in process, even after showing my screenshot the appointment confirmation at 1:00pm! Absolutely unreal, never will come back and if I hear anyone mentioning coming to this clinic I will immediately turn them away!

It was my initial visit but I felt as though I mattered. I felt listened to. I look forward to my next visit for my physical exam and lab results. I appreciate the in-house phlebotomy so I could accomplish everything needed in one location.
