I am a regular patient of Dr. Gutierrez and scheduled an appointment through ZocDoc over a week in advance. ZocDoc confirmed my appointment twice, but when I arrived on the day of the appointment, the office was closed due to maintenance. I never received a call from the office to notify me.
When I contacted customer service, the receptionist—who was very kind—apologized and explained that ZocDoc only holds the appointment and that it still requires office approval. Given that I booked well in advance and received multiple confirmations, I find this very frustrating. She attempted to connect me with another office, but I never received a follow-up call even after leaving a voicemail.
I am very dissatisfied with this experience and am now questioning whether I should continue with this practice.

Just changing my insurance to go back to New York from North Carolina I did not have a new primary physician. I found doctor Ramirez through zocdoc and I hoped for the best.
well the people in the office were wonderful, They were very attentive and they listened.
the doctor only took less than 5 minutes to come in the office.
he too asked questions because my records were really not there but suggested a few things, told me a few things. set up another appointment for a physical Along with my blood test and referrals for the doctors that I needed.
all went well I recommend them high

It was wonderful. Doctor Gutierrez is very warm. He anwers all my questions my worries. He knows me like a book. He is best doctor. I love coming here. Tina + Patare great too. They make the office warm and everything run on schedule, Happy New year.

Dr. Gutierrez was incredibly nice and helpful. It may have been just the day I went but the wait time was ridiculous. I waited nearly two hours before being seen after being told by the woman at the front desk that the wait would only be 30 min. I get things happen but at least communicate that ahead of time.
