I might as well have called in to make an appointment. It was great. There was no difference other than doing it this way made it easier for me. Jaffe was attentive and a good listener, making sure to focus on my concerns/reasons for being there first. Something I look for in my doctors now. Her concerns were brought up and addressed, but I didn’t feel sidelined during my own appointment. I think I’m going to stick with her.

Front desk Staff was pleasant and polite, the nurse was professional and easy to talk to. Rena Jaffe APN, was understanding and took her time. I highly recommend her!

Dr Jaffe is amazing! I had previously had terrible experiences at my primary doctors and I've finally found the one I want to keep seeing. She was so friendly and funny and made me feel at ease instantly. She listened to all my concerns and did a good exam. I didn't feel rushed and she spent at least 20 minutes going over my medical history and concerns with me even though I didn't have that many. Much better compared to the one minute in and out visits id had at other providers. She sent over my prescription and medical records within minutes of me leaving and the rest of the team was great as well including the receptionist and the phlebotomist. I can't recommend her enough!!

I had a bad experience at the front desk, but maybe the ladies were having a bad day. But the overall experience was great. The nurse who took my vitals. I can’t remember burning was awesome. Very friendly. Let me vent lol and Mrs. Jaffe nurse practitioner was awesome too. She did more of a thorough exam than city MD and actually gave me realistic expectations with medication that would help me rest so I could get better.
