Arrived 15 mins early and then saw the doctor 35 mins after my appointment time. At one point they said that they might not even be able to fit me in, which was confusing. This was my first visit and I had a few questions because my last dermatologist ended up moving practices, so I wanted to fill her in on my current status. But she was so quick, the whole appointment lasted 10 mins. Even the annual screening portion was quick checks and I have a few brown spots that at least prior dermatologists took a light and magnifying glass to inspect. She didn’t look at any of them, just quick swipe of an arms and my legs and was done. I had a dark line on my nails and she dismissed it without even taking a look. I didn’t feel heard and then she was gone. Didn’t feel like it was an actual appointment. Super rushed.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rena Sue Brand. She is a great listener and also very caring. I was surprised when she took time to call my primary care physician to coordinate further care for my condition. I wish all doctors were like Dr. Brand, she made me feel like I knew her all my life. Great job Dr. Brand, you are the best!
