Dr. Barbour has been a Godsend. I’ve relied on her for treatment for chronic conditions as well as unexpected serious medical issues. Each time she has been thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, caring and has gone the extra mile to ensure I get better. I’m so grateful to her. When other doctors have given up or refuse to acknowledge me, Dr. Barbour has always figured the correct diagnosis and has created successful treatment plans for me. She has saved me from improper medical care more than once. I highly recommend her. She is a talented physician.

Dr. Barbour is wonderful. Her bedside manner is ideal ( I have white coat syndrome), she’s always learning and teachIng how to improve health and make wellness a lifestyle. I was able to develop new health practices and find her practice to be a space to get questions answered, address deficiencies and step into better health. The ongoing guidance and online learning component is priceless. She is an outstanding medical professional and an enjoyable human being.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dr. Ray. She offers a holistic approach to care - I felt seen and heard when I met with her. When I first came to her, I was dealing with severe burnout - her guidance, support, and expertise were essential to getting me back to a healthier place. I don't know what I would do without her and I can't recommend her enough.

I really appreciate how encouraging Dr. Ray was during our session. She explained my results using terminology that was easy to understand. She inspired me to believe that I can accomplish my wellness goals. Her easygoing and nonjudgmental nature made it easy for me to be vulnerable to share my concerns. Her comprehensive knowledge of herbs and how they can be beneficial in my wellness journey helps to balance the medical pieces. Dr. Ray is truly a partner and I’m grateful that she is my medical care provider. She exemplifies what medicine should be and how physicians should support their patients. She also has a great sense of humor!! I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Dr. Ray is an excellent human being. She is caring, considerate, and compassionate. She listens and validates, but also lets you know when things are right, wrong, or uncertain. Honestly, the best part for me is simply being heard and creating a plan to get to where I want to be. As she has told me, it’s more than just the medicine — it’s the mental, spiritual, and physical things you put into your body that impact everything. She has helped me give myself grace through these hard times. She has also helped me learn how to advocate for myself and understand what to look for in my own charts. I 1000% recommend her!

Dr Ray gave me back my life. I thought I was dying before being under her care. My regular doctors offered me nothing but drugs not healing. Dr Ray healed a lot of my problems. I will return to her care . I needed time out to myself for personal reasons. I can sleep well now and my energy and vitals are much better. I still need work on my health but I am getting to a place in my personal life to go to the next phase .I wish the medical insurance world would acknowledge doctors like Dr Ray on the same level as medical doctors because she is much better than the medical doctors I see. Dr Ray look to cure my health issues not to prolong them and feed them. She help me to be healed.She give me a plan not just an appointment for monitoring that do nothing.
