Not Provided via Telemedicine
The following services require an in-person examination and are not offered:

• Home health aide evaluations or forms
• Medical clearance examinations
Controlled Substances
This practice does not prescribe controlled medications under any circumstances.
Mental Health
Evaluation or management of primary psychiatric conditions, ADHD, stimulant therapy, and benzodiazepine treatment are not provided.
Not Appropriate For
Requests for controlled medications, chronic opioid or stimulant management, return-to-work notes, completion of medical forms, psychiatric management, cosmetic care, or complex dermatology.
Dermatology services are limited to simple localized infections and cold sores.
