I was scheduled to see dr Toussaint and then the front desk person said he was out when I clearly ran into him in the hall…. The person I saw was very unclear and suspected me of being drug seeking…. Wild experience don’t recommend this office….

All appointments were super behind, I sat for a hour and change. Finally was called in the back, I went and sat in the room for another doctor to come in. It wasn’t the doctor I booked with, and when I communicated that there wasn’t much of a response and he walked out. I then sat there for a while and still nobody came in! I waited two hours and still was not seen by the doctor. I left, and told them to please not bill my insurance, had me sitting here for 2 hours without a doctor. That’s and absurd and wildly disrespectful to me and the other patients who were waiting. Our time is valuable as well. I had to go bc I had work, and nobody should be waiting 2 hours to be seen, and who knows how much longer I would have been waiting. I needed my medication refilled and it was very important. I would not recommend.
