What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll go over your history, current concerns, and what you hope to get out of treatment. I’ll ask questions to better understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and medical background, and we’ll talk through diagnosis and treatment options together. I combine medication management with supportive therapy, so each follow-up includes space to check in on how you’re doing emotionally—not just how the meds are working. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and part of every decision we make.
