Dr. Kothari's treatment approach begins with establishing a strong therapeutic rapport and truly listening to her patients so they feel heard. Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

She asked me the same question 6 times, I gave her the same answer 6 times so we spent a half hour talking in circles about the same thing until she told me she did not believe talkiatry was the right platform for medication management. She was very clearly not listening to anything I said.
