“Omg when I tell you I was amazed by this Urgent Care/ Doctors office the Receptionist was so sweet and caring and very helpful, The Nure Odette was so sweet, helpful, listened to everything I said didn’t rush me didn’t make me feel like a patient but made me feel like I was family both of them I can go on but this is the best place to go I know where I will be going from now on with any pain and bring my family telling all my friends about it Thank you both so much ”

The location off Braeswood and Fondren was 5 minutes from my house.
I was very pleased. I showed early for my appointment, but I was seen within a few minutes.
Check-in was fast and simple.
The nurse practioner and medical assistant involved were both friendly and listened carefully.
I highly recommend this medical office.

I expect less than bare minimum respect and courtesy given the climate these days, but this place was very warm and welcoming. The staff is sincere and nonjudgmental. You can tell the people there really value what they do, it's not just looked at as a job. 10/10!!!

The front office staff was very friendly, professional and patient. The attending NP was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She took care of my medical needs. I would definitely recommend her.

The office was plain, but clean. The front desk person was kind and helpful thought the visit. The doctor and her assistant were thorough in their treatment . The only downside was that the assistant seemed to have problems with the scale. This was resolved very quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
