Rita did not earn her paycheck for that hour. I wanted to be given meal plans and high-calorie foods to eat to gain weight as I am slowly starving and losing more and more weight, but instead I was given a 2-page list that included some obscure foods that I could eat such as octopus! This was abundantly unhelpful and a waste of time and medical insurance. She also shared information that I already knew, such as eating frequent and small meals and avoiding known trigger foods.
