I strive to partner with my patients to help them be the healthiest version of themselves. I enjoy getting to know patients as people in order to provide empathetic whole-person care. I am passionate about health maintenance and preventive care, lifestyle changes to improve chronic health conditions, simplifying medication regimens, end-of-life care, and nutrition and weight loss. To stay healthy, I walk, play tennis, and cycle. Outside of work, I also enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, finding new restaurants offering healthy food options, and spending time with family.
